Who am i ?I am Phiri Meraki , a professional Concept artist, Illustrator and 2d-AnimatorWhen did i start drawing ?I started drawing pretty early during my childhood, but i knew i loved drawing when i was 5 years old , when i sent drawings and letters to my far away mother.How did you learn concept-art , illustration and animation ?I dedicated my school studies to art , and went to an international school for concept-art and illustration for videogames. Later i happened to apply for an Animation Studio, where i was trained in both 2d traditional and 2d rig animation.What do i use ?i currently use Krita for commissions ( its free , and im broke ) and animate everything in traditionally in digital form ( hand drawn animation ).
I also use Photoshop ,Flash and ToonBoom Harmony at the current studio im working on, but don't have my own personal license at the moment.Current Goals :- Buy a new drawing tablet
- purchase tvPaint for better 2d quality work
- stick to a schedule for streaming
- have a consistent line of commissions , so that i can be / keep being a full freelance artist
- create my own animated series / animated movie

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined below . You will agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, or commercial use and provide all image/animation credits to me.***GENERAL INFO-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.-You are only purchasing my services. You will not receive any physical prints, nor are you allowed to make any profits from them. Files and notes available upon request for illustration/animation.-All commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY including emotes and badges, selling merchandise with those isn’t allowed without a commercial license.-I usually stream the commission process , but that doesn’t mean I will stream all on my Twitch channel-If you wish your commission to be PRIVATE an extra fee will be applied. The work will not be streamed or shared on social media until the agreed upon release date.PROCESS-For a commission, please provide me with at least one clear reference image of the character(s) and any additional elements-If no such reference is available, I will consider the commission to include character design , which comes with additional fees.-I retain the right to slightly modify/interpret a design into my own style, if necessary, modify colors to suit the lighting of the artwork.-Detailed and complex designs like armor, intricate lace designs etc., that will take considerably more time to draw, and render may have additional fees.-I will try my best to finish your commission, it depends on the design complexity and other commission i'm working on. In case any delays happen (due to personal issues) I will let you know.-If you have a set deadline, notify me in advance please, I’ll decide if I can accept the commission or not. Deadlines for animations have to be notified
at least a month ahead.proper animations takes time- If the animations have audio ( lipsync , sound effects , etc. ) , i will need the different audio elements separate from each other. If they are all mixed together , it can sometimes complicate my work.-I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, please be patient with me.- I will only take a limited number of commissions with deadlines on the same month-The commissioner will receive updates on the commission process (sketch, line art, keyposing , inbetweening ,lipsyncing , color, special effects, background). Some of the process may be streamed on Twitch (unless privacy fee is paid).-The sketch phase is the best time for you to tell me if you’d like something in particular. Don’t be shy to ask for adjustments for during this time , for changes later on will take time and complicate my job.-The Revision / FixUp phase is the final phase of the animation commission , this is the time for any last minor changes to be made. Any requests for Creative changes post-approval will not be considered FixUp and will cost an extra fee.-The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.PAYMENT-The main currency will be in Euros €. All transitions will be made via PAYPAL with an invoice.-Illustration and Rough Animation Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.-For Cleaner Animation Commissions , first payment must be paid once the Rough Sketch Animation* is completed. When the Full animation has reached the revision phase , final payment must be paid before requesting any minor fixes.payment in installments are available upon request-Don’t send me any payment before I have agreed-Do not waste my time by canceling the order if you never actually intended on paying for it. If this occurs repeatedly you will be blacklisted!!-I will not continue unpaid commissions.
-once the commission is almost complete ( between the final touches and the revision phase ) there are no refunds.COMMERCIAL LICENSE-The commercial fee is an additional +100% of the total price of the commission.-When you receive profit in the media where you’re using it and/or to get attention (like YouTube videos, credit cards, banner of personal site, games, streams, etc.) please credit me for the artwork.- privacy fee is 20€, I will not post any process or final images of the commission until a desired date. The work will not be streamed or shared on any social media or portfolio until the agreed upon release date.-rush order is an additional +100% of the total price of the commission = Any order with deadline < 1-2 months
